1. What is Inter/Arch Jobs?  

Inter/Arch Jobs is a specialized job board focused on the built environment. We connect professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, urban planning, and related fields with top employers and opportunities worldwide.  

2. Who can use Inter/Arch Jobs?  

Our platform is designed for:

- Job seekers in the built environment sector (e.g., architects, engineers, project managers, designers, etc.).  

- Employers and recruiters looking to hire skilled professionals in these fields.  

3. What makes Inter/Arch Jobs different from other job boards?  

We specialize exclusively in the built environment, ensuring that our job listings, resources, and tools are tailored to the unique needs of professionals and employers in this industry.  

For Job Seekers

4. How do I create a job seeker account?

Creating an account is simple! Click on the "Sign In" button at the top of the page, then click “Create New Account” fill in your details and select a plan if you wish to have access to all job postings. You will receive an email with your account information.

We do not currently accept resumes on Interarchjobs.com, however, if you email your resume to hello@interarchjobs.com, we will add it to our candidate database for our staffing company.

5. Is it free to search and apply for jobs?  

We offer a limited preview of job opportunities on the site. If you wish to check out all job postings and run custom searches, our job seeker plans start from $3 per week, which you can cancel at any time. 

6. How do I upload my resume?  

We do not currently accept resumes on Interarchjobs.com, however, if you email your resume to hello@interarchjobs.com, we will add it to our candidate database for our staffing company.

7. Can I set up job alerts?  

Absolutely! On our home page you can submit your email address to receive job alerts either once a week, or in real time as new jobs are posted. We are currently working on refining the job alerts so that you only receive alerts for the job types and locations that you are interested in.

8. How do I apply for a job?  

Once you find a job you’re interested in, click "Apply Now" and follow the instructions. You may need to submit your resume, cover letter, or portfolio, depending on the employer’s requirements, or you may be taken to their application site to upload your resume.

9. Can I save jobs to apply later?  

We do not currently offer this, however we are working towards offering it in the future. In the meantime, if you are using Chrome or a similar browser, bookmark the job page and this will enable you to return to it in the future to apply. 

For Employers

10. How do I post a job on Inter/Arch Jobs?  

Employers can post jobs by clicking on “Post a Job” in the top right corner of the website. Complete the form and submit your payment information and your job posting will be submitted for approval. Most jobs are reviewed and approved within an hour.

11. How much does it cost to post a job?  

A single posting is $249 USD plus any relevant tax for your region. We offer packages of 5, 10, 15, 20 and unlimited job posts. For more information and if you require to be billed in your local currency, please contact us

12. Can I edit or remove a job posting after it’s live?  

Yes, you can edit or remove job postings at any time through the link in the email confirmation that we send you, or by signing in using your email and password that you created.

13. How do I attract the best candidates?  

To attract top talent, ensure your job description is clear, detailed, and highlights key benefits. You can also feature your job posting for increased visibility by purchasing a highlighted or sticky posting. For further guidance and best practices, feel free to contact us.

14. Do you offer recruitment services?  

Yes, we offer fixed fee recruitment services through our Source&Screen product, in addition to contingent recruitment services, including candidate sourcing and employer branding. Contact us for more information.

Technical Support  

15. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?  

If you’re experiencing login issues, click "Forgot Password" to reset your credentials. If the problem persists, contact our support team at hello@interarchjobs.com.  

16. How do I update my account information?  

Log in to your account by clicking “Sign In” and navigate to the "Manage Account" to update your details. Typically when you click “Sign In” you will be emailed a magic link email to log in to your account without a password.

17. Is my personal information secure?  

Yes, we take data security seriously. Your personal information is protected by advanced encryption and privacy measures.
