Licensed landscape architect responsible for managing projects and staff in all project phases from coordinating conceptual design through contract documents and construction administration. Creates budge estimates for planning and construction purposes, includes creating studies and reports. Leads staff in preparing drawings, plans and models and integrating site-civil and landscape architectural elements. Supervises lower-level architects. Typically possesses 15+ years' or more experience managing site-civil and landscape architectural projects and may specialize in an architectural design field. May possess master's degree.
