Your new role
Senior Planner required for a major construction project on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, where you will be required to provide planning and programming expertise to the pre-contract and project teams.
Main duties:
Create comprehensive tender programs and method statements, presenting them confidently.
Ensure project success by initiating and tracking performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
Efficiently integrate design, procurement, and construction elements for optimal performance.
Accurately prepare schedules and analyse quotes for time-related preliminaries.
Effectively manage changes, providing advice on Extension of Time implications when necessary.
