Tara Group is excited to offer an exclusive Graduate Rotational Programme designed to develop the future leaders of our company. Typically, the programme lasts for up to two years and will give you a well-rounded knowledge of how we operate in the construction industry, working within Chasetown Civil Engineering.
You will have access to many different disciplines, learning how they operate. From the tendering process, through to planning and designing projects, costing projects, procurement, managing build, monitoring budgets, and client experience. Our Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to progress at a pace that works for you, without any rigid structure.
Supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders, you’ll be nurtured in developing your thinking and skills, as well as encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. You will have a tailored development programme to provide structure for your time with each department, and review meetings at the end of each rotation to ensure you have gained the knowledge and exposure before you move on. Our current and previous Graduates will act as a buddy to help you settle into the Company and provide another level of support and guidance for you. We’re not just a team. We’re a family.
