Role: Project Director – Central London – Up To £137,000 + Pension + Expensed Travel + Healthcare + Bonus
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets for all fit-out projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
* Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and support staff.
* Work closely with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive successful project completion.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
* Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain high project standards.
* Continuously track and assess project progress, identifying areas for optimization.
* Mitigate risks by implementing effective contingency strategies.
* Provide senior management and stakeholders with regular project status updates.
